Sweet Florence is an older variety that is best sown later to try an avoid the issue of bolting. When sown in late June it will give a succession of cropping from September onwards. A taller variety with erect foliage that can be used for cooking.

Tolerant of short frosts down to -5C. But longer periods will cause to bolt.

Best sown direct as doesn't like roots being disturbed.
